Payment: Payments will be made in a timely manner and mailed to the address we have on file. Any questions about payments or your account should be directed to our bookkeeping department at consignoffice111@gmail.com The consignor agrees that Consign Design (Consignee) has full legal title to each item consigned and that no third party has any right, title, or interest in the item(s) with respect to funds obtained from the sale of such item(s). Consigned item(s) are in “as is” condition with no warranties, except as provided above. The Consignor agrees to hold harmless and reimburse Consign Design (Consignee) from and against any and all actions or claims by any party with respect to the title of consigned item(s). Consign Design is not responsible for theft, damage, reasonable wear and tear, loss by fire, or other acts of God. This contract is made by Consign Design and the Consignor named above, and the sale of each item hereunder shall be governed by this contract. An inventory of item(s) consigned and the mutually agreed prices for the item(s) will be provided to the Consignor. We will not place items on the floor for sale until this contract has been signed and both parties have approved pricing. It is the sole responsibility of the consignor to approve pricing, nay email or phone, within 24 hours of receiving notification of prices. The commission for the items sold is 50/50. You may retrieve your items anytime during those 30 days. Please call with at least 72 hours notice when you decide to pick up your items. Some items are more difficult to locate than others. If the Consignor picks up items within the first 30 days there shall be a $50 handling fee per item at the Consignees discretion. Consign Design will attempt to contact the Consignor via phone and/or email if and when their consignment period ends. However, it is ultimately the Consignors responsibility to contact us at the end of their 90 day term. Consign Design will contact the Consignor via telephone, text, or email with any responsible offers that are less than the initial price or reduced price as provided in the contract. If the Consignor is not available via such means, Consign Design may make acceptance of any reasonable offer at its sole discretion. The Consignor is responsible to arrange and pay the costs of pickup/delivery of the items being consigned with Consign Design. The Consignor further agrees that all small and miscellaneous items left at Consign Design for consignment will either be sold or at the end of the contract term be donated. The Consignor understands we do not have the manpower or time to receive small and miscellaneous items left in our store.
